Let me share a little about my journey.

I was born and raised in a small rural mining town called Donimalai, nestled between quiet hills. My father worked in the Human Resources department of NMDC, an iron ore mining company. Life there was simple, humble, and deeply human.

The entire town had fewer than 2,000 people.
There were only a couple of grocery stores.
Vegetables arrived each morning from nearby villages.
Two buses connected us to the outside world.

But what we lacked in infrastructure, we gained in community, warmth, and simplicity. Everyone knew everyone. It felt less like a town and more like a large extended family.

For many years, I believed that growing up in such a small place meant my dreams also had to remain small.

When I stepped outside that town for higher education, I slowly absorbed a dangerous idea — one that silently limits millions of professionals:

“Maybe I am not qualified enough.”
“Maybe others are smarter.”
“Maybe I don’t belong in the big world.”

That belief quietly eroded my confidence.
I started shrinking my dreams and withdrawing into a safe cocoon.

But life has a way of revealing deeper truths.

After nearly two decades of professional experience, working across industries and consulting environments, I realized something powerful:

None of us are ordinary.

We are all born with the potential to create, lead, and solve meaningful problems.

We are all Extrapreneurs — individuals capable of building extraordinary value without waiting for permission from the world.

What holds most professionals back is not intelligence or opportunity.

It is simply the absence of three things:

• The right mindset
• The right skillsets
• The right assets

When these three align, something remarkable happens.

A professional stops merely surviving in a career and begins designing a life of impact, independence, and influence.

My mission today is to help professionals rediscover this truth about themselves.
